Free People Internship Project
I created this project during my summer internship at Free People, where I spent ten weeks interning on the Buying team for Pants, Suits, and Skirts. The objective was to identify an opportunity within the Bottoms category where Free People could grow the current business. This research project culminated in a pitch to company leaders, including the CEO, Creative Director, and Chief Merchandising Officer.

I conducted extensive trend research and analyzed company sales to develop a size-inclusive pants product assortment that would target the plus-size market: a largely ignored customer segment. My goal was to create an exciting mix of products so that every woman can participate in the Free People aesthetic.
